BLUEBERRY POWER SMOOTHIE

ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen organic cauliflower florets

  • 1 scoop vanilla MRM protein powder

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1 scoop vital collagen (hair/skin/nail/gut health)

  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon

  • 8 oz hemp milk

  • 1/2 tsp maca

  • 2 TBL flax seeds

  • hemp seeds, sprouted walnuts, coconut flakes

instructions

  • blend for 3 minutes on high in your blender

  • pour into a bowl and top with the GOODS!

CHIA CIN-A-BUN SMOOTHIE

ingredients

  • chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries + FAT COFFEE SQUARE

  • 6 oz filtered water + 2 oz hemp milk

  • 1/2 tsp spirulina & chlorella

  • coconut flakes, hemp seeds, bluebs, goji berries + FAT COFFEE SQUARE

SPIN-OCONUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1/2 tsp aswaghanda

  • 1/2 tsp spirulina & chlorella

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 

  • 2-3 large collard leaves

  • 1 scoops vanilla @mrm protein powder

  • 1 scoop vital collagen (hair/skin/nail/gut health)

  • 6 - 8 oz coconut water

  • 1/2 tsp spirulina & chlorella

  • coconut flakes, mint & blueberries for garnish

CAULI COCONUT SMOOTHIE

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen organic cauliflower (steam fresh, then freeze for later)

  • 1 scoops vanilla MRMprotein powder

  • 1 scoop vital collagen (hair/skin/nail/gut health)

  • 1 - 1/2 cups of coconut water (i use ZICO)

  • 1 T flax seed (high in fiber, low in carbs, omega 3's, high in antioxidants, aids in lady symptoms:))

  • 1/2 tsp terrasoul maca powder (hormone balance)

  • 1/2 tsp moringa powder (hormone, digestive & mood benefits)

  • pour into a glass and top with homemade "raw"nola, shredded coconut, cacao nibs & raspberries

CAULIFLOWER BERRY SMOOTHIE

ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen organic cauliflower (steam fresh, then freeze for later)

  • 2 scoops vanilla MRMprotein powder

  • 1 scoop vital collagen (hair/skin/nail/gut health)

  • 3/4 cup frozen organic blueberries

  • 1/2 cup nut milk of choice (i used my homemade almond milk i made last weekend)

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1/4 frozen avocado

  • 1/2 tsp organic cinnamon

instructions

  • blend for 3 minutes on high in your blender

  • pour into a glass and top with (chia seeds, isadore nuts, frozen berries, homemade granola or muesli)
