1/2 cup blueberries

1 tsp ceylon cinnamon

8 oz hemp milk

1/2 tsp maca
-
2 TBL flax seeds
-
hemp seeds, sprouted walnuts, coconut flakes
instructions

blend for 3 minutes on high in your blender

1 T flax seed (high in fiber, low in carbs, omega 3's, high in antioxidants, aids in lady symptoms:))

1/2 tsp moringa powder (hormone, digestive & mood benefits)

1/2 cup nut milk of choice (i used my homemade almond milk i made last weekend)

3/4 cup water
