ahi tuna tacos

grab your ingredients, make your marg and lets get cookin'!

slaw ingredients:

purple cabbage

carrots

red onion

jalapenos

garlic powder

fresh ginger

rice wine vinegar

coconut aminos

toppings/sauces:

sesame seeds

lime wedges

avocado

cilantro

sriracha

other ingredients:

2 fresh tuna fillets

siete almond tortillas

coconut aminos

sesame oil

garlic powder

fresh ginger

to make the slaw, finely slice your purple cabbage, carrots, red onion, jalapenos. place in a big bowl along with garlic powder and ginger and add 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar, a couple shakes of coconut aminos, a little salt and some sesame seeds. place in the fridge while preparing your fish.

take a sip of your marg :)

to prepare the fish, pat dry and marinade for ten minutes in coconut aminos. then coat both sides of the fish with sesame seeds. place in a hot sesame oil'd pan and sear for 2 minutes on each side. you wan to sear the fish, not cook it. slice it thin.

heat another small pan and place 1 tortilla in the pan to heat it up.

start to assemble your taco!

I started with sriracha, EXTRA slaw, tuna then added jalapeno, sesame seeds, avocado, cilantro and topped with a squeeze of lime! HOLY YUM!
