TRAVEL NECESSITIES - TIPS&TRICKS

There is something about traveling that is so stimulating to me. I love being able to travel to different cities and learn about their history. Everything from the historic streets and monuments, different ways to see the city, slipping in to local shops and boutiques and of course the wellness and food scenes!
Gearing up for trips isn't just packing a bag and "wingin' it". I like to do my research WAY WAY in advance before I go to my destination. It helps me with anxiety and sets me up for a fun, worry free trip! I usually start with where to stay and then dive into what to see, what to do, where to shop and lastly where to eat!!
TIPS FOR PACKING:
Have an agenda, how many outfits per day, can i re-wear a top or shoes? what are my plans? How many workouts am I planning on taking? I never check a bag; less hassle.

IN MY BACKPACK, YOU'LL FIND:
eye gel pads, empty water swell bottle, calming tea, headphones, balls or fiberous snacks, socks, vital proteins, skincare.

BEFORE THE FLIGHT:
eating light foods, drinking water, taking supplements, anti - inflammatiory lattes, fasting, sleep, workouts.

DURING THE FLIGHT:
skin care routine (remove make up, moisturize, mymatcha stick), eye gel pads, water water water, zen music, sleep, comfy socks, walking the isle.

ARRIVING:
unpack my suitcase, more water, go for a walk, salad for dinner pending time, get some shut eye, Zzzzz.
EXPLORING:
vital proteins, water bottle, brain octane, hit up a market for snacks, digestive enzymes, comfy walking shoes, chapstick, fun backpack to haul stuff in, PIC to explore the city.
