FLAX WAFFLES - ONLY THE BEST

A waffle that you can feel GOOD about indulging in. Nowadays there are so many brands that offer GF, Paleo, Whole30 mixes to create anything from crackers, pizza dough, muffins, pancakes, and my favorite WAFFLES. 

I was able to create my own mixture with the help of some of my favorite brands! 

BRANDS USED:

the waffles will have a whole grain taste and texture to them just to warn you but they are SO GOOD i promise. I made one batch with vanilla and another with cinnamon. 

Ingredients + 2 cups ground flax seeds + 2 tsp cinnamon or 2 tsp bulletproof vanilla max + 3 teaspoons baking powder + 1/2 teaspoon salt + 1 1/2 cups unsweetend nut milk *add more if batter thickens too much ((i used homemade hemp)) + 1/4 cup ghee + 2 eggs

Instructions + combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. let stand a few minutes to thicken. If batter becomes too thick, add extra milk to thin it.

+ coat your waffle make with ghee or coconut spray

+ cook in a waffle maker until done to your liking (mine took about 6 minutes on the second highest setting). serve with desired condiments 🍯 🍓🍌🥑🍉 🐣🌿🍄🍂🥓🍳 SO MANY OPTIONS!
