I've committed a crime and I don't care who knows. Toast Tuesday is HOT right now and with so many toppings/creations/tastes to choose from, there is no way you can ever repeat your #toasttuesday post.
After toasting my delicious flax bread from Silver Hills Bakery (so good), strategically placing my toppings and creating the most zen photo area for my toast, I thought to myself, "why have I not tried making my own bread?!"
So that is exactly what I did. I JAZZED my b(ase)read up with this 7 ingredient PALEO, WHOLE30 nut bread.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of almond flour. I use Bob's Red Mill 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup flax seeds 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup sunflower seeds 2 tbl chia seeds (1tbl reserved for topping) 1/2 cup water 1 1/4 tsp salt 5 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bread loaf pan with butter or ghee. Combine all the dry ingredients into a bowl. (This should be about 4 cups of flour & seeds). Next add eggs and water and mix until well combined. Place dough in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Once it's fully baked, let it cool completely before placing it in a glass storage container. Slice when ready to eat! This bread does not need toasting but if you must toast it, I HIGHLY recommend toasting it in a cast iron pan, a toaster oven or your regular oven. It might break apart if you use a toaster.
Top with butter, ghee, coconut butter, any nut butter + the endless toppings you can choose from.
Hope you enjoy this bread as much as I did!
xx,
GL
