A beautifully colored drink that is tasty, full of antioxidants, helps you sleep, reduces inflammation in the body & can even aid in weight loss (BUT you're beautiful as you are!)

Turmeric is fascinating and a popular spice in Southeast Asian cuisine. It's often used to give an intense golden hue and zest to smoothies, soups, and curries. People have been using it for centuries in food and more than that, in beverages for its magical healing powers. A spoonful a day can do wonders for you and your overall health. When I travel, I bring a little container of the healing mixture with me. It helps with anxiety from traveling and also helps fight the inflammation I get when flying (I puff up major!!)

When it's just been one of those days & your exhausted mentally and physically, instead of grabbing your vice to heal you (taking a step back is no fun:(), make a tonic. There are so many recipes that you can whip up to help you de-stress, calm down, and help you stay on your wellness path!

ADAPTOGENS:

The healing powder(s) that have been used for centuries to improve your body's ability to adapt to stress, whether it's a hectic schedule, heat or cold, noise, high altitudes or any number of other stressors. The elite class of herbs impart strength, energy, stamina, endurance, and they improve mental clarity.

There are so many out here so do your research and find a healing powder that helps YOU!
