CAULIFLOWER BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

A classic twist on the smoothie...adding frozen cauli. For those of you wishing to add more vegetables into your daily eats, this is a great way to start. Not only does adding frozen cauliflower make your more smooth, creamy and suppppaaa thick, it also adds more dietary fiber, which most of us don't get enough of!

This smoothie has been occurring in my weekly breakfast routine and I ain't even made about it.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen organic cauliflower (steam fresh, then freeze for later)

  • 2 scoops vanilla @mrm protein powder

  • 1 scoop vital collagen (hair/skin/nail/gut health)

  • 3/4 cup frozen organic blueberries

  • 1/2 cup nut milk of choice (i used my homemade almond milk i made last weekend)

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1/4 frozen avocado

  • 1/2 tsp organic cinnamon

Instructions

  • Blend for 3 minutes on high in your blender

  • Pour into a glass and top with (chia seeds, isadore nuts, frozen berries, homemade granola or muesli)
