Wake up, do work, eat clean, socialize, make energy ballz. I love my weekends. The weekend for me is mostly spent in the kitchen, wandering the city and playing with my pup! Sundays are for Joel and I to relax but Saturday is me time 😊

I love replicating and creating yummy dishes. That said, I am always exploring new recipes with sweets. Sweets are my weakness and V have managed to keep eatin' them šŸ with healthy and good for you alternatives.

I made these cashew butter protein balls and I am in heaven.

Gather your goods

2 cups pitted dates (about 10)

3/4 cup shredded coconut

2/3 cup cashews (unsalted)

1 T coconut oil

1 T MCT or brain octane oil

1 t vanilla extract

1 t cacao powder

2 scoops collagen peptides

1/4 c @mrm vanilla protein (2 T used for when the balls are complete)

Blend all ingredients except the @mrm protein in a food processor until. The consistency of these coconut cashew balls is totally up to you. You can use your food processor until their completely smooth or you can do what I did and leave some texture in them.

Roll them in to 1 inch balls. Take your @mrm protein and place it into a bowl. Grab 4 or 5 balls and shake them in with the protein powder. This gives them a light coating. Place in the freezer or fridge for an hour to harden a little. Taste one to make sure they are bomb and keep them in an airtight container in your fridge.

Enjoy!

xx,
