AT HOME WORKOUTS

when it comes to working out, its not just a way to lose weight and fit into those skinny jeans (although that's a DEFINITE plus). its a lifestyle and a promise to give your body the things they deserve - LOVE and WELLNESS.

after college i really started educating myself on the different fitness areas and ways to change up my workout routine since it was all running and olympic lifting. i started getting into group fitness, spinning, HIIT, pilates, and all the different styles of yoga (BIKRAM is my favorite) MN people click here to check out a class!
i change up my workouts weekly, focusing on different styles or muscle groups. most of the time, i workout at home where i have created a little home gym. yes, it does take a LOT of energy to get home from work, change into workout clothes and walk down to your fitness area, but the feeling post workout is even more rewarding! jillian michaels has taught me that workouts don't have to be 2 hours long with weights and cardio. a GREAT workout can be done in 30 minutes with bodyweight and you can still fit into those skinnies!
here are the dvd's that i have - sweat or no sweat, i am still sore every time.
believe it or not, i have my certificate to teach group classes and still continuing to learn the trends and evolution of the fitness world we live in today!
