Oh the trend of nut butters
Almond butter. Cashew butter. Coconut butter. Peanut butter. You really cant go wrong!

2 1/4 cups roasted almonds
2 tbls melted cocnut oil
2 tbls honey or maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
pinch of cinnamon
Roast almonds at 325 for 12-15 minutes. Let cool completely and place in a food processor. Pulse for 2-3 minutes. Add honey or maple syrup, coconut oil & salt. Pulse again for 6-9 minutes scrapping down the sides. Add cinnamon & pulse for 1 minute. Put in air tight container & enjoy! Lasts about 2 weeks.
