HAPPY SUNDAY!! i hope your week was productive and meaningful .
back to basics. no more worrying about where your food comes from. no more wondering what the ingredients are. no more felling like YUCK. seriously, if you sit and think about all those questions, you'll drive yourself crazy. it's time to get back to the basics with life. health. wellness. and food.
my advice to you; go green. go organic as often as possible. be mindful of what you are putting into your body to fuel you. don't be afraid to research what you do not know. healthy living can be fun. it can be colorful and an added bonus, it's GREAT for your body and soul.
DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU. every body is different so choose foods that make your tummy happy! for me, that's a lot of vegetables, protein, chocolate (healthy and homemade sweets), and smoothies.
since it was national pie day last week, lets make a healthy pie!
