HAPPY NEW YEAR Y'ALL
i am so excited to start this up again. short and sweet but i will try to post once a week. my goal is to let you guys know the benefits or fresh, local and homemade dishes. i will also post workout routines and recipes that i love to make.
get ready to learn and ask ALL the questions!! im learning too so i will also post articles that are relevant to me. i am always open for questions, comments, opinions and education!
quick note about how i fuel me body: i eat mostly local, farm fresh, organic foods. i stay away from processed and sugary foods as well as dangerous grains. i eat what makes my body feel GOOD and that could be different for you. when i eat something that makes my body feel good and strong, i keep eatin' those things!!! 💯
